I am creating... the top of my hat
I am going... nowhere quiet happy here!
I am reading... just finnished new book tonight!
I am hoping... that it works!
I am hearing... mostly quiet but the birds are really singing!
Around the house... is messy but looking like santas grotto!
One of my favorite things... early nights!

I have experimanted with appliqueing onto card, and this is the result, what do you think? it does look kinda sad i think!

On holidays for a week!

Happy Easter!

I had a lovely weekend I went to visit my Sister and my brother-in-law, had a lovely day shopping on Saturday and then Sunday was really special as baby Bleddyn was Baptised and I was one of the God parents, so exciting!

Well I'm in Doncaster for the rest of the week, David is fitting a kitchen and Bathroom into the house that was my Granparents, after ages of trying to sell it Mum and Dad are doing it up and are going to try and renting it out instead... the kitchen/ bathroom work counts as a holiday apparently!

I'm enjoying myself but i'm desperate to get back to my studio as I bought some tools for silver smithing can't wait to get started!

new week

hi well its the start of a new week, I'm planning on being good on my diet this week, I also need to get the other 2 season cards design and made, autumn and winter cards, thats much harder than spring and summer but I have a few ideas, brambles is the first and maybe some leaves all in rich autumnal colours.

Also got a new magazine this weekend on jewellery https://makingjewellery.com its really good looks like it will be a great source of insperation in the future I am hoping to subscribe soon.

I have made the most of a bracelet that is very sea inspired I found a great bracelet in the charity shop that had these weird shell beads and I have used them and some blue glass beads to give it the sea feel, hopefully make a great summer piece. look out for it on the daWanda shop!

lazy Wednesday

Probably not the best way of starting my Blog but I'm probably best being honest! well it took me an age to get up, I have such a good book... Nora Roberts all her books are so addictive!

I have finally got my shop on DaWanda all I need now is an arty pic of me and it will be much better!

I have so much work to do making new stuff. I made paper 9 days ago its still damp... will start drying it with the hair dryer!
